During business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM): You can arrive directly at 3900 Meadows Lane and check in with the front desk staff. From there, they will guide you to the hotline. After-hours or on weekends (Sat/Sun): Please text 702-646-4981 to notify the hotline team that you’ve arrived. Be sure to include your name and that you’re there for your volunteer shift. A staff member will come to meet you and assist you. If you run into any issues at all or have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me via text or email.
